“I have worked solely as a practicing fine artist for the last 10 years. During this time I have been committed and focused on my work and I began to develop and evolve a distinctive individual style and identity as a practicing artist working in both the UK and America. I hope and believe that this current exhibition Rising/Falling featuring over 30 pieces will be well received by visitors here at Y Faenor Gallery, Redhouse. The exhibition will also act as a stepping stone in helping me to introduce my work to a new audience and form an ongoing dialogue with contemporary galleries in Wales and further afield. The paintings you see featured in the exhibition employ an exciting variety of complex Juxtapositioning forms, layered surfaces and textures, which invite the viewer to engage in a journey within each composition. Each work has been carefully considered and constructed, challenging the viewer to contemplate and take time to enjoy the essence of each painting.”
